anyone). We especially loved the location, the view, the pool and Whole
Foods! It made urban living feel sane (we're former Chicagoans now living

(The owners) were available and patient--the real personal touch. Secondly, the cleaning staff was reliable and efficient. One West Superior is a building that is well run for the purpose of temporary housing. They know what they are doing from the wonderful workout room to the management to the reception. Having a Whole Foods in the building was an added benefit. In summary, I would say (the owners) make living in a temporary situation pleasant and easy. Their attention to the details of reservations, followup and checkout were very professional. We never had a question as to ease of the move, nor reliability of having problems solved efficiently."
